The LOTO admin tool allows program administrators access to add and edit data points specific to their implementation. This includes things such as energy type, energy feed, magnitude, and locations.

Smart Safety Pro lockout tagout software also includes a fully customizable facility and divisional hierarchy setup. This means that equipment is placed into departments, buildings, floors, and zones for optimal inventory management and assignments. Facility view options include card style and divisional.

For corporate implementations, plant sites are easily segregated including user access.

Yes. The Smart Safety Pro Lockout Tagout app is built to work without a WiFi connection and transfers data between the software and the mobile app using a sync process.

Lockout tagout procedures, audits, and updates can be completed anytime, anywhere. This means that you will never be unable to use the lockout tagout app due to a machine being in an area without a WiFi or data connection.

Our procedure copy feature allows a completed procedure to be copied for identical machines. This prevents the duplication of lockout tagout procedure writing work when a company has identical machines.

After a procedure has been submitted for approval, the approver is able to make edits until the final approval. When a procedure is in an approved status it cannot be edited.

If things change or edits are determined to be needed during a periodic inspection, a procedure can be unapproved. This allows the procedure to be modified as needed and then submitted for reapproval.

This is a quick process that does not require starting over with a new procedure. When a procedure is revised, it is assigned a new ID number and QR code to ensure version tracking and undisrupted history data.
