Yes, the lockout tagout app can be used without cameras. To maintain scan-ability, use the Smart Safety Pro lockout tagout app on a mobile computer with a security lockdown. Lockout tagout procedures can also be executed by selecting the machine from the equipment list, or typing the procedure ID into the procedure lookup box.

Is there a shortcut if I have more than one of the same machine?2024-10-22T13:29:24-04:00

Our procedure copy feature allows a completed procedure to be copied for identical machines. This prevents the duplication of lockout tagout procedure writing work when a company has identical machines.

Can I use digital lockout for minor servicing?2024-10-22T13:28:54-04:00

Yes. The Smart Safety Pro lockout tagout app includes a minor servicing module. With this module, QR codes can be applied to individual energy sources. Scanning an energy source QR code launches a mini-procedure and changes the equipment status on the dashboard to minor servicing.

What information does the mobile periodic inspection include?2024-10-22T13:31:52-04:00

The periodic inspection includes criteria as required by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147, and includes an area to record the employees in attendance for the inspection.
