Floor and Zone Setup

Each site must have at least one floor and one zone. By default, when a site is created, a Floor 1 and Zone A record are created. You can rename those, and add any additional records you need, on the Floor and Zone screens. Each time a new floor is created, a new Zone A record is also created for that floor.

These screens populate all the drop downs for Floor and Zone through the system and it is essential to system functions that every floor be assigned to a site, and every zone assigned to a floor.
