Never Been Easier

One single platform manages your entire lockout tagout program including procedure writing, performing lockout and return to service, periodic inspections, and a full suite of reporting and analytics.

Mobile Procedure Builder

Write a lockout tagout procedure in minutes while standing right in front of the machine. The app even works without Wi-Fi or cellular data.

Mobile Lockout Completion

Each procedure has a unique system generated QR code printed on the top. Scan the QR code to begin the mobile lockout tagout process. This validate that each step was completed and updates the equipment status for real-time visibility into equipment operational status.

Frequently Asked Questions

Check out the answers to frequently asked questions about the Smart Safety Lockout Tagout software program.

What if I don’t have WiFi near the machine?2024-10-22T13:29:03-04:00

No WiFi? No worries. Our app works while disconnected from WiFi with a built-in synchronization process that seamlessly transfers your data back and forth between the mobile app and the web portal.

What information does the mobile periodic inspection include?2024-10-22T13:31:52-04:00

The periodic inspection includes criteria as required by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147, and includes an area to record the employees in attendance for the inspection.

What happens when a periodic inspection determines that changes to the procedure are required?2024-11-08T02:17:59-04:00

When it is necessary to change a procedure, the procedure can be unapproved and edited. Changes can then be made to the existing procedure without having to start over. This includes editing image annotation and isolation steps. After the changes are complete, the procedure is submitted for approval and assigned a new procedure ID number.

How do I return the machine to service?2024-10-22T13:28:50-04:00

When a machine is in a lockout or minor servicing status, scanning the procedure or energy source QR code launches the digital return-to-service process. Using the same method as the lockout, the return-to-service steps are displayed one at a time on the screen and the authorized employee validates that each step is completed successfully. When the return-to-service status is finalized, the real-time equipment status returns to operating.
